Allshred Services, one of the nation’s largest independent providers of secure shredding services, announced its acquisition of Mid Ohio Shredding, based in Westerville, OH. The acquisition became effective November 1, 2011.
Mid Ohio Shredding has provided both on-site and off-site shredding services for the past 7 years.

Mid Ohio Shredding was founded by two Central Ohio law enforcement officers in May of 2004 who had a desire to dedicate themselves to the protection of consumer information.
They started Mid Ohio Shredding from a home based office in Sunbury, Ohio, and they worked it on a part time basis due to their full time dedication as sworn law enforcement officers.
In June of 2009, new partnerships were made and the company moved to 6305 Frost Road in Westerville, Ohio allowing the company to expand their services and service area to include the Central Ohio community as a whole.
